Since she arrived in July, Tromp has been delighting students and staff by listening to their concerns. The school’s ideals, she says, will shape its future.

Anne Galloway is the founder and former executive director and editor of VTDigger. She freelanced for Seven Days from 1995 to 2008 and was the Sunday editor of the Rutland Herald and Barre-Montpelier Times Argus from 2006 to 2009. Galloway lives in East Hardwick with her husband and two chocolate Labs.
