Two state officials disagreed Tuesday over whether it will be up to the legislature to decide the lieutenant governor’s race in January. Progressive/Democrat David Zuckerman came out the clear vote leader on Election Day over Republican Randy Brock. Unofficial vote totals that day showed Zuckerman leading 50 to 44 percent.
