The restaurant at 31 Main Street in Bristol has switched hands over the years — what was formerly ND’s is now the revamped bar and eatery Hatch 31. But the cozy spot has remained a family-run establishment where you never feel like just another face. Owned and operated by Matt Wisell, his daughters Kayla and Sarah, and his niece Roberta Sinnock, Hatch offers weekly live music, classic pub fare and sweet-as-pie service that makes everyone feel like a regular — no matter how often you go.
