Second Time Around — The 35-year-old consignment company offers upscale clothing and accessories at more than 40 boutiques nationwide. One of them is on the Church Street Marketplace in Burlington. And for the first time, it’s won a Daysies award. Not a “vintage” store, STA maintains an inventory of “new and mint-condition” discounted designer pieces. It’s sort of like T.J. Maxx, but smaller, cozier and more inviting. Vermont voters have browsed the racks and said, “Yes, more, please.”
