The space may be small — it holds just 49 revelers — but 1/2 Lounge offers up drinks with big flavor. Bestsellers include the 1/2 Cosmo, with pomegranate and Grand Marnier, and mojitos made with fresh mint and real lime juice.

Need something to eat with that? The mini business has a mini menu, comprised of one savory snack and two sweet treats. The Mediterranean plate features local “Chickpeace” hummus, tabouli, olives and pita. For dessert, choose between a Belgian waffle topped with Neapolitan ice cream or chocolate Guinness cake, served warm.

Smaller groups can find privacy in the cozy basement. Upstairs, the minuscule stage accommodates local bands — barely — and monthly “Whiplash Wednesdays,” with international DJs.
