Vermont Maple Festival — The Green Mountain State produces the most maple syrup in the U.S. — more than 3 million gallons in 2025. That’s cause for celebration, and St. Albans obliges every April with sugarhouse tours, a maple cooking contest, a “sappy” art show and, of course, a pancake breakfast.
