Sugarsnap — Like zucchini in summertime, this farm-to-table caterer has grown wildly since 2003. With a farm at the Intervale, Sugarsnap operates out of a kitchen at Technology Park and ECHO Leahy Center for Lake Champlain, where it’s the exclusive caterer. The team also caters weddings and other events.
