SCORE is a national association formed in 1964 as a non-profit to offer free confidential counseling to forming and growing small businesses. Working and retired volunteers donate their expertise advice as a public service. Face-to-face, e-mail, phone counseling and seminars are offered. SCORE is a partner with the Small Business Administration.
