b) CU-26-03 CROSS CHURCH PROPERTIES: Conditional Use application for an increase in the degree of encroachment in the Shoreland District pursuant to §7.03-D(1). Proposed increase in degree of encroachment to measure 93 sf and accommodate an expansion of a deck. No other scope of work requested for review at this time.
