The North Avenue Cooperative in Burlington, VT is seeking proposals for an infrastructure improvement Project. This project will be undertaken using a variety of federal and state funding sources. The Project consists of constructing new water and sewer systems for Stage 1 of the project. Stage 1 is limited to new service line installations (not including connections). Stage 1 does not include work within the roadways, new utility mains or new plumbing connections.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
Bids shall be submitted as follows:
1. Electronically with read receipts by 9:00 am local time on WEDNESDAY JUNE 11, 2025, to the following address: colen.johnson@bowman.com

2. Bids submitted in sealed envelopes, addressed to the North Avenue Cooperative, marked with the name of the bid and time of the bid opening. All hard copies of bids shall be submitted to the office of Bowman Consulting Group at 478 Blair Park Road, Williston, VT 05495 by 9:00 am local time on WEDNESDAY JUNE 11, 2025.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 am local time on TUESDAY, MAY 20, 2025, at the North Avenue Cooperative in Burlington, VT. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
