Pursuant to Title 11, § 4108 of the Vermont Statutes Annotated, notice is hereby given that Articles of Dissolution for King Street Neighborhood Properties, LLC. (the “Company”) have been filed with the office of the Secretary of State for the State of Vermont.
Notice is hereby given that all unknown creditors of and claimants against the Company are requested to present their claims to the Company. Except as otherwise provided by law, claims will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years of publication of this notice.
All claims must be submitted in writing, with a description of the basis for the claim (including the amount owed, the date the debt was incurred, a description of the product or services provided to the Company) and supporting documentation, if applicable.
