It is hereby Ordained by the Public Works Commission of the City of Burlington as follows:

That Appendix C, Rule and Regulations of the Traffic Commission, 31 [Reserved] of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Burlington is hereby amended as follows:

31 [Reserved] Temporary Construction Parking

Notwithstanding any other provision of this appendix, the Director of Public Works, or their designee, shall have the authority to temporarily sign spaces during construction projects to accommodate construction. Violation of associated parking signage is subject to towing and enforcement pursuant to Article III of Chapter 20 of the Burlington Code of Ordinances.
