This weekend serves up events that will tantalize your tastebuds and get you grooving in your seat.

For the fancy little ladies in your life, Kids City in South Burlington hosts a Girls Night Out on Friday with hair, makeup and manicure stations, sparkling cider, a dance party and a photo shoot. Ooh la la! 

Older kids with a penchant for building and creating will enjoy Friday Night for Teen Tinkerers at the Montshire Museum in Norwich. In this month’s session, participants make fantastical sculptures with masking tape.

On Saturday and Sunday, sweet-toothed families can partake in demos, tastings and sugarbush tours at the Audubon’s Sugar-on-Snow parties in Huntington.   

The young performers of Stowe’s TRIP Dance Company show off their classic and contemporary choreography at the Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center on Saturday afternoon and evening. 

Culinary enthusiasts cheer for local middle and high school students as they vie for the title of Jr Iron Chef Vermont at the Champlain Valley Expo in Essex Junction on Saturday.

Little chefs learn how to prepare slightly sweet recipes including Vietnamese rice-paper rolls and banana-coconut pudding at City Market’s My Child & Me Cooking Class on Sunday morning, aimed at kids ages 5 and under and their caregivers.

At Tuttle Middle School in South Burlington, a Saunter into Spring Fashion Show — including a silent auction and raffle —  raises money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
