Cornerstone Burger will hold its grand opening on Friday, February 12, at 4 p.m. The third restaurant of Keith Paxman and Rich McSheffrey (the team behind Barre’s Cornerstone Pub & Kitchen), it’s located at 21 East Street in Northfield.

At the new joint, Paxman and McSheffrey will serve up more than 10 varieties of burgers. Patrons can build their own burger or choose from nine specialties, including a burger topped with PB&J, a quinoa burger and a duck burger. Also on the menu: sandwiches, salads and typical appetizers such as wings, nachos and poutine. The burger spot will have 14 beers on tap and serve cocktails and wine.

Cornerstone Burger will offer lunch and dinner Wednesday through Sunday.

  1. The article mentions that this is the 3rd restaurant that the owners have opened, however they only name this one and one in Barre. What is the 3rd? Why bring it up only to not follow up with all the information?

    Cornerstone’s owners also own the Two Loco Guys burrito shop in downtown Barre.
