The Vermont Youth Conservation Corps employs about 250 youth and young adults in the summer and fall to work on projects that help improve our state. Last week, we caught up with a community crew at Schmanska Park in Burlington, where they were building stairs to help provide access to the public and also to prevent runoff into the Winooski River.
