The piece packs 23 compelling characters into one powerhouse performance, shepherding viewers along a 540-mile pilgrimage on Spain’s Camino de Santiago. Through rain, pain and self-discovery, Edsall’s moving tale drives home the inherent freedom found in surrendering to the universe.
