Flying High: Acroyoga Delights at MetroRock in Essex

Past the scores of climbers at Metrorock Vermont in Essex, there's another activity afoot: acroyoga, a fusion of acrobatics and partner yoga. Becky Miller, Ryan Oakley and Dalton Bassett take turns teaching the class of about 15 people on Tuesday nights.
