  1. I support local businesses making high-quality products with high-quality ingredients. At this point, there’s really no excuse for a restaurant in this area to skimp on local and organic ingredients, especially with the prices that places are charging.

  2. I support local businesses serving good food at reasonable prices in an enjoyable setting . The use of local or organic product is OK but way down on my dining criteria . I’ll let the special people use their dining experience to feel superior .
